Get your grating done safely and easily. The Jumbl rotary cheese grater introduces improved hand and finger safety as well as more sanitary food-handling conditions into your kitchen. By design, all grating surfaces are kept out of immediate reach while in use. Both hands are needed to get the grater going, making this safe enough for mommy's little helper to even use on her own. The innovative rotary design also offers considerably more leverage with less effort than the upright graters of yesteryear. Get your grating done quicker than you can say 'cheese'. Dual cylinders for fine or coarse grating. Two grating cylinders are included with the Jumbl rotary cheese grater. One produces fine shavings while the other produces somewhat coarser shavings. The two cylinders are easily interchangeable, affording you the choice between sizes based on the particular dish you are creating. Both blades work equally well for grating and shaving hard and soft cheese, blocks of chocolates, any mixture of nuts and much more. Simply place the foods in the grating 'chamber', hold and press the pusher, and turn the crank handle. All components are dishwasher-safe. Assembling the Jumbl rotary cheese grater is easy: Insert your preferred grating cylinder so that it sits completely flush with the press housing. (If it doesn't, insert it from the other side.) Hold the cylinder in place with one hand, and gently thread the crank handle onto the cylinder's threaded end with the other. Do not over-tighten. You are now ready to grate. For cleaning, disassemble the parts and wash them with warm, soapy water or throw them into the dishwasher. Parts are made of stainless steel and food-safe plastics.
